Designing Your Résumé

Step 1 – Making Contact

Please contact Arsenault Résumé and Editorial Services by phone (781-337-7337) or e-mail (ArsenaultResume@aol.com) regarding résumé-design inquiries.

Step 2 – Critiquing Your Existing Résumé

If you have an existing résumé document, you are welcome to send it by fax, mail, or e-mail attachment.  Mary Jane Arsenault offers complimentary résumé critiques, and is happy to share her thoughts with you regarding content, formatting, and visual presentation.

Step 3 – Initial Consultation and Quote

During the initial consultation, you will be offered a price quote, based on our discussion of your career history, educational background, and job search plans.  If you decide that you would like Mary Jane to begin your project, she will send you a Client Agreement to review, sign, and return with your 50% deposit.

Step 4 – Gathering Information

In addition to our consultations, it may be necessary for you to complete a Résumé Development Worksheet so that we may gather accurate data and further assess your situation and needs.  Upon receipt of this document, a draft of your résumé will be designed, and will be sent to you by e-mail, mail, or fax for your review and approval.

Step 5 – Revisions

It is important for you to be entirely satisfied with your résumé, and, at Arsenault Résumé and Editorial Services, we look forward to your feedback.  Since two opportunities to revise draft material are included in your project fee, we will gladly make changes to two drafts before finalizing your project.

Step 6 – Finalizing Your Project

Ten original copies of your résumé are included in your project fee.  At this point, you may choose your paper product, and decide, if you haven’t done so beforehand, if you are in need an electronic (ASCII) version of your résumé, cover letter, reference list, or additional paper copies.

Step 7 – Payment

Payment in full is required prior to release of the final version of your résumé project.  Arsenault Résumé and Editorial Services accepts major credit cards, checks, and money orders.
